Harbour Masters 64, the group of creators renowned for their incredible PC ports of Nintendo 64 games, has announced it is upgrading the technology it uses to work with Nintendo GameCube games, as spotted by SteamDeckHQ . This means we could eventually see more Nintendo GameCube-to-PC ports in the future. The announcement was made on the group's Discord channel on May 31st, 2026, where it was revealed that the "organisation" will soon be dropping "64" from its name and upgrading "the Libultraship (LUS) translation layer to support GameCube era games."
