Elastica Announce Expanded Deluxe Reissue of Debut Album

The new edition will come with added rarities and B-sides Elastica's 1995 self-titled debut album is getting an expanded deluxe reissue. Set to be released in double-vinyl, CD, cassette and digital editions, the new version of the album will take in B-sides and various rarities from the era of the record's original issue, in addition to the 15 tracks that appeared on the UK version. The vinyl edition will feature a poster of the original advert for the album, which has been recreated from the band’s own personal archive, while initial LP pre-orders from here will also receive a limited original flexi disc of 'Cleopatra' dating from 1995. The currently untitled LP will be released digitally later this month Erykah Badu and The Alchemist have shared details of their much-anticipated collaborative album. Spanning 17 tracks, the LP, which is currently untitled, is due for digital release later this month. The co-produced album was recorded over 18 months in Dallas and Los Angeles, and material from it was road-tested by the two artists at a series of intimate, phone-free shows through 2024 and 2025, shortly after they started work on the record. Badu and The Alchemist previously released the single 'Next To You' in 2024. That track doesn't appear to feature on the new album, though the full tracklist details are still under wraps. Numero Group Lines Up 40th Anniversary Reissue of Gigi Masin’s ‘Wind’

The new release includes five previously unheard bonus tracks from the same recording sessions that went into the original album Numero Group is reissuing Gigi Masin's 1986 ambient music classic Wind to mark its 40th anniversary. The new release will come in both black 180g and colour vinyl editions, featuring a faithful reproduction of the original cover and a two-sided insert that includes a hand-written note. There will also be a digital release, which will additionally take in five bonus tracks of previously unheard material from the original recording sessions that went into Wind. Masin pressed Wind privately and only released it at a series of small concerts in 1986 as he made a name for himself in Italy's underground electronic and ambient music scenes....
