Review: 76339 The Fantastic Four H.E.R.B.I.E.
I was surprised when H.E.R.B.I.E. was completely absent from the LEGO Marvel range last year, as the Fantastic Four's robotic companion seems a prime candidate for a buildable character. There have been superb droids from Star Wars already produced at this scale, after all. 76339 The Fantastic Four H.E.R.B.I.E. looks quite impressive as well, definitely capturing the retro-futuristic style of the onscreen robot. During the State of Play event this morning, Sony and LEGO has revealed the new PlayStation (72306) . Releasing on October 1, the set has 1,911 pieces and will retail for $179.99. LEGO Icons Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D Bridge (11385) Review
LEGO has just released a new LEGO Star Trek set with the Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D Bridge (11385) to expand on the theme that started last year. This new diorama style set has 1,701 pieces and retails for $199.99. Minifigures There are eight minifigures in the set including Christine Chapel, Leonard “Bones” McCoy, Spock, James T. Kirk, Nyota Uhura, Montgomery “Scotty” Scott, Pavel Chekov, and Hikaru Sulu. Christine Chapel has on the blue science uniform with skirt printing on the legs. She has a double-sided head with smiles on both sides. Her accessories include a bowl of Vulcan plomeek soup. Leonard “Bones” McCoy also has the blue science uniform and has plain dark pants. His double-sided head shows a stern look on one side and a scared look on the other. His accessories include a printed communicator and a syringe. Spock is the last of the science division minifigures in the set. His double-sided head shows stern looks on both sides and only his eyebrows are slightly different. His Vulcan ears are molded on to his hair piece. His accessories include the printed communicator and a satchel. Captain James T. Kirk has on the yellow command uniform. His double-sided head shows him with a confident smile on one side and an angry Expression on the other. His accessory is a printed tribble. Nyota Uhura has the red operations uniform and also has skirt printing on the legs. LEGO Harry Potter HBO Series Sets Announced
During the Harry Potter Back to Hogwarts 2026 livestream, it was announced that LEGO sets based on the new Harry Potter HBO series will be coming soon. As we know by now, HBO will be doing a new reboot series based on the original books with all new cast playing the characters. I’m not sure how different they will be compared to sets that we’ve already gotten through the years but we should probably see the sets by at the end of the year and they’ll be available in 2027. A television adaptation of the Harry Potter books premieres on HBO Max in December, and now, LEGO sets based on the series have been confirmed in the Back to Hogwarts Showcase! In the teaser, we can see new minifigures of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, based on Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout, and Arabella Stanton's portrayals, respectively.
